1 LB BEEF/PORK
1/2 CUP BREADCRUMBS
1/2 CUP ROMANO/PARMESAN CHEESE
1 EGG
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
ONION
OREGANO
RED PEPPER
Place beef/pork in a bowl
Add egg, salt, papper, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, romano
cheese, and any other herbs or onion
Mix everyhting together thoroughly
Form golf ball sized meatball
Preheat a pan or skillet for a few minutes then add
olive oil
Throw your meatballs in and cook on medium heat
until they are a brown color (about 8 minutes)
CHICKEN BREAST
FLOUR
1 EGGS
BREADCRUMBS
PINCH OF SALT
PINCH OF PEPPER
CUP ROMANO/PARMESAN CHEESE
Lay your flour, egg, and breadcrumbs out as they are above
Take your chicken breasts and cut them very thin
Take your chicken and lay both sides in flour
Then fully dunk into egg, and then into
breadcrumbs
Heat up a good amount of olive oil in a skillet
or pan
Place your cutlets in the oil and fry
Fry until crispy and golden brown and lay
the cutlets on papertowels
